6 MONTHS SEASONAL—November thru April (no exceptions) $7800 plus electric.

YEARLY— The Caladesi RV Park does not have any yearly spots available and will not any time soon.

DEPOSITS—All reservations require a nonrefundable deposit. No reservation made without a deposit. First month’s payment due when making reservation for upcoming season.

REFUNDS—The Caladesi RV Park provides no refunds. A credit may be issued.

*Rates are for 1 or 2 persons and include full hook-up (water, sewage, electric, Wi-Fi). Additional persons is $10 per night.

**Rates are flat. US Dollars only. No Canadian checks of any kind regardless if bank is tied to a US branch.
