* Please note: Caladesi RV Park only takes reservations from individuals who currently own an RV. If you have not purchased and do not possess an RV, we cannot take your reservation. The Caladesi RV Park cannot take a reservation if the RV is being dropped off for you by a private company unless the company pays for the entire reservation with a check prior to drop off.

April & Holiday rates are subject to dynamic pricing.

6 MONTHS SEASONAL—November thru April (no exceptions) $7800 plus electric.

YEARLY— The Caladesi RV Park does not have any yearly spots available and will not any time soon.

DEPOSITS—All reservations require a nonrefundable deposit. No reservation made without a deposit. First month’s payment due when making reservation for upcoming season.

REFUNDS—The Caladesi RV Park provides no refunds. A credit may be issued.

*Rates are for 1 or 2 persons and include full hook-up (water, sewage, electric, Wi-Fi). Additional persons is $10 per night.

**Rates are flat. US Dollars only. No Canadian checks of any kind regardless if bank is tied to a US branch.
